Welcome to MarshWell Coffee Solutions Sri Lanka. By engaging with our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and delivery of all products supplied by MarshWell Coffee Solutions ("we," "us," or "our").
1.2 By placing an order, the customer ("you") accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.
1.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on our website.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

2.1 Orders can be placed via our official communication channels, including email, phone, or online platforms.
2.2 Payment terms must be agreed upon before order confirmation. Full payment or an approved credit arrangement is required prior to delivery.
2.3 Invoices will be provided for all transactions and must be settled within the agreed-upon timeframe.

DELIVERY POLICY

3.1 Deliveries will be made to the address specified during the ordering process. Ensure accurate details are provided to avoid delays.
3.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors.
3.3 Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the products.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

4.1 Returns are only accepted for items with faulty packaging identified and reported at the time of delivery.
4.2 Customers must inspect the products upon receipt and report any issues immediately to the delivery agent.
4.3 Once delivery is accepted and no faults are reported, the items are deemed satisfactory, and no returns will be processed unless otherwise agreed.
4.4 For accepted returns, MarshWell Coffee Solutions reserves the right to provide a replacement product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
4.5 Unclaimed returned items at the time of delivery will be substituted at the seller’s discretion.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

5.1 Product availability is subject to stock levels and demand. We reserve the right to decline orders if stock is unavailable.
5.2 Substitutions may be offered for unavailable items, subject to prior customer approval.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 We are not responsible for any damages, loss of profit, or indirect loss arising from the use or inability to use our products.
6.2 Our liability for faulty products is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective item only.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All branding, trademarks, and content associated with MarshWell Coffee Solutions remain our exclusive property and cannot be used without prior written consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY

8.1 Any business-related discussions, including pricing or distribution strategies, are considered confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without our consent.

GOVERNING LAW

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in Sri Lankan courts.
